Editorial policy

Review process

Each review and ranking is written from the product’s listing, the retailer’s published details, and our own assessment against the published criteria.

No invented experience

We only say we tested or wore a product if we did, and then we describe how. Otherwise a review is an assessment of the listing and its details, and it says so.

Data checks

Names, sizes, materials and ratings come from the retailer or its affiliate feed. We do not publish prices, because they change too often to keep correct. Every fact shown on a page traces to a source we can name. If we cannot verify a detail, we leave it out.

Corrections and updates

Every ranking and review shows the date it was last updated. If you find a mistake, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it and update the date.
