• A correction. If a score, a fact or a link is wrong, tell us which page and what is wrong. We fix errors and note the change, as set out in our editorial policy.
• A question about a ranking. Ask how a product was scored. The criteria are published on how we rank.
• Brands and retailers. You can send product information. A message from a brand never changes a score.
